Covid-19 Compliance

Your safety is our number one priority. As we return to in-person summits, we are
implementing COVID-19 safe protocols. We have devised these protocols in partnership
with the venue, and consultation with guidance from all relevant authorities.

Covid-19 Protocols

December 1st 2021

We look forward to welcoming you to The Future of Mental Healthcare Summit and we are committed to making this event as covid safe as possible.

If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 please do not attend the event in person.

We are running a covid safe environment at San Mateo Marriott, San Francisco Airport.

Throughout the Event:

  • Attendees will be fully vaccinated or tested negative for Covid-19.

  • All surfaces will be regularly cleaned.

  • Sufficient space will be provided to enable social distancing.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available.

  • Anyone exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 infection will not be admitted.

  • As a result of guideline changes due to the Omicron variant, attendees are required to wear a mask at all times inside the venue (aside from when they are eating and drinking).

Entry to the event

In order to attend the event, you must provide proof of full vaccination (e.g. CDC Card) and/or a negative covid-19 test result taken within the previous 24 hours.

Covid test centres are available at the venue itself, and in nearby areas.  For more information please go to https://covid19.ca.gov/get-tested/.  You may also be able to receive a free test in your home state, so we would advise you to check this before you travel.

During the event

If you experience any symptoms of a potential Covid-19 infection, we request that you do not attend the event. (Your in-person ticket automatically provides full access to the online version of the summit). You should take a test, and if the result is negative you may rejoin the event.

The wearing of face coverings is required in public areas. Face coverings in the conference room are also mandatory.

In and around San Mateo during the event

Some venues in San Mateo may require proof of vaccination as a condition of entry. We recommend that you carry your proof of vaccination with you at all times. If you do not have proof of vaccination, most venues will still allow you entry if you wear a face covering. For further information and up to date requirements, we recommend that you contact a venue before you visit.

Attendee options

  • Holders of in-person tickets can attend the event at any time subject to the covid-19 protocols.

  • Online ticket holders can upgrade to in-person for a fee.

  • In-person ticket holders automatically have full access to the online version of The Future of Mental Healthcare Summit.

If you are unable to attend the event due to Covid-19, please contact us at alison@greygreenmedia.com  We will arrange to refund the difference between an in-person and online ticket once we receive proof of your positive covid test.

These protocols apply to in-person ticket holders, and are based upon the local and national guidelines published on December 1st 2021.  These protocols will only change should there be a change to local or national requirements.
